A poker player's dream

The dream of any serious poker player is to play in the Main Event of the World Series of Poker. The winner is considered the world champion, at least for one year. I'm a player and it starts today for me.

I'm not pessimistic, but I'm not dreaming unrealistically either: I want to play well. It's just that simple.

  1. We wish you the best of luck to complement your skill and psychology.

By the way, the comment you left last week on our VivalaVoyage.com website wondered if we had taken any photos while sailing past the volcano that was erupting at night. We did. They are not great because the ship was moving and rocking, but we posted them here:

You can also find them by using the index label for "Papua New Guinea" in the lower right margin of the website.

I'll look for you in the final table on TV.

  2. Good luck, Dave. Just remember you're significantly deeper than you were in the Seniors event at the beginning. Patience and waiting for good opportunities are the key.

Can't wait to see you again at the final table on TV, too!
