Thanksgiving so no Bodonkey, right? W-R-O-N-G!

You didn't think a little something like a national American holiday or family tradition or too much turkey to eat would stop the Bodonkey, did you?

Oh, the crowd will be smaller, but, hey, that just means you have a better chance to win. Some wienies will watch football, drink too much beer and fizzle out before 9:05 Eastern Time. Don't let that wienie be you.

What is the Bodonkey? It's a series of tournament on each Tuesday and Thursday, ending Dec. 16. Each time you play, you can win points to play in a free roll. It's also a chance to socialize and trade repartee with other crazy people who indulge in debauchery poker bloggers.

You can read about it at the home page here, if you haven't tried it before. You can check out the leader board if you click here. Did you (ahem) notice good old Memphis MOJO on the leaderboard? Okay, okay, I was 26th, but, hey, I'm working on it.

You can navigate over to the head Bodonkey man $mokkee or check out the below. Notice that Bodog provides an overlay and if you are the bubble-person, you get your dough back! How cool is that? You start with 2500 in chips, so you have plenty of opportunity to donk it up.

9:05pm ET: Bodonkey II
Buy-in: $10 + $1
2500 Starting Chips / 15 min blind levels
Prize Pool will be distributed as per Bodog's standard multi-table payout table.

1st place: T$109 ($100K Buy-in) + $25 Casino Credit
2nd place: T$75
3rd place: T$50
3 bubble players: T$11 (entry refunded)

  1. Thanksgiving turkey, overeating, and the Bodonkey. Does life get much better than this?

    Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. Happy Thanksgiving - and good luck with the tournament!
