Here, there and everywhere

Wrapping up my photos from Las Vegas, here are three collages.

Look carefully at the first one. You may not recognize the poker player because it's taken from behind her. It might help, however, if I told you she had just been pushed a pot because a crub flush got there on the river:

In Las Vegas, it's all about the casinos. Can you identify the ones shown below (one photo has two casinos in it)?
