Back in the saddle

I played bridge last week. The Delta Dealin' Regional was held in Tunica at Sam's Town Casino. Bridge players love to gamble as well as play bridge and the rooms are cheap. What's not to like? Players came from all over the U.S. to play.

The only problem with bridge is that I didn't have time to play any poker, so today I jumped back in and came in second in the $12+1 superstack that I like on Bovada.

On the bust out hand, I had K J all in versus the villain's A 10. The guy was very aggressive and I caught him at the top of his range. Even so, I was 44% (vs. his 55%) to win the hand (with 1% chance of a chop). Not today, but still a bankroll booster.

I also played in the 8:30 a.m. tournament on Bovada, the one with 20-minute levels. Came in sixth (w00t), but didn't get a screen shot.

  3. @KenP: The software is okay, not as bad as Grump made out in his post. Some of the things you can do aren't intuitive. Thus, you may think you can't pick which seat you like, or you may think you can't pre-fold.
