Too much time on his hands

When I was playing at Harrah's ca$h game Saturday night, diverjoules spotted the above at a nearby table.

It was made by a player named Clark, who is a Tunica regular. Each white chip is a $1 chip, and it took 580 of them to build the, um, well, whatever it is.

I took another photo with Clark in it that you see in the small one to the left. It gives some perspective, although, unfortunately, it's fuzzy.

  1. Great shot. He must have been folding a lot of hands to get the time to build that castle or whatever it is.

  2. Wow LOL I have a hard enough time just keeping my stacks of 20's straight and way I could ever do that!

  3. Hey - my wife and I might be in town July 31 - Aug 2. I'll let you know for sure if we are going.

  4. @lightning: On July 31 (Friday) I'm taking off from work and going to Vicksburg to sightsee and spend the night. The next day, I'll drive the Natchez Trail to Tupelo, then cross over to home.

I'll be here Sunday, though, and if you and wife will still be here, I'd love to take you to Corky's for BBQ!! Keep me posted.

  5. Looks a bit like the leaning tower of Pisa, although it doesn't lean that much.

  6. Funny photo. I took a civil war tour of Vicksburg; great history.
